Company Portal - User Roles in Field Eagle

Below are the different types of Users in the Field Eagle system.

Super Admin

The Super Admin is the account with the highest level of permissions. Some of the things that the super admin can do that no other user can do are:

• Delete assigned inspections
• Receives system notifications by email automatically.

Company Portal Users

In the company portal, users can be created with bespoke access to the system. The names of the user roles are custom as well. Most commonly, a user titled "Admin" is helpful. This user role would be assigned access to all company portal features.

Inspectors

Inspectors are created in the Company Portal and are given access to sign into the Field Eagle tablets associated with the account. Inspectors cannot sign into the company portal.
